Following the partial demolition of the former Working Men’s Club, we constructed a smaller club with four apartments above. The new club was completed and ready for use on completion. The two, one bedroom and the two, two bedroom flats were built to a high standard with the inclusion of a balcony. A car parking area was included for the new club and residents of the apartments.
Following the demolition of the existing property we constructed two detached houses consisting of four reception rooms, five bedrooms and five bathrooms. Both houses were built to high specification. The ground floor featured solid wood, parquet flooring, stone fireplace and a hole in the wall gas fire.
Two exclusive semi-detached cottages converted from out-buildings within the grounds of The Hautboy. Both were built to a very high specification and finish. Vaulted ceilings and open plan living allow for a light and spacious environment.
