The Pilgrim, Dorking
The Pilgrim, Dorking, is our most recent completed development. The ten plot site consisted of four new build three storey townhouses, two new build coach houses and four luxury apartments. This development won ‘Best New Homes Development’ at the Surrey Property Awards 2019.
Monument View, Weybridge
Monument View, situated in the heart of Weybridge, was completed in Spring 2018. The eleven contemporary apartments were constructed from a site which used to be a public house.
Bookham Grange, Bookham
A development consisting of six large apartments and four luxurious three, four and five bedroom homes.
Grange Court, Walton-On-Thames
Following the demolition of the existing property we constructed two detached houses consisting of four reception rooms, five bedrooms and five bathrooms. Both houses were built to high specification. The ground floor featured solid wood, parquet flooring, stone fireplace and a hole in the wall gas fire.
Weybridge Services & Social Club, Weybridge
Following the partial demolition of the former Working Men’s Club, we constructed a smaller club with four apartments above. The new club was completed and ready for use on completion. The two, one bedroom and the two, two bedroom flats were built to a high standard with the inclusion of a balcony. A car parking area was included for the new club and residents of the apartments.
Hautboy Cottages
Two exclusive semi-detached cottages converted from out-buildings within the grounds of The Hautboy. Both were built to a very high specification and finish. Vaulted ceilings and open plan living allow for a light and spacious environment.
Lyon Court, Weybridge
Lyon Court was the conversion of a three storey existing office block into residential and commercial properties. The ground floor consisted of a Category A fit out for commercial use. The first and second floors were transformed into eight, one-bedroom apartments and five, two bedroom apartments.
Four Elms Road, Edenbridge
Four Elms Road consists of three terraced houses. Each of the properties have three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
