Monument View, situated in the heart of Weybridge, was completed in Spring 2018. The eleven contemporary apartments were constructed from a site which used to be a public house. Each of the apartments were built to a high specification using stylish kitchen designs and bathroom layouts. as well as either a balcony, juliette balcony or outside patio space.
The project posed some difficulties. The building was designed to occupy as much of the land as possible to take advantage of its prominent location which left us with limited site access and storage. In addition to this the construction was positioned at the junction of two very busy main roads in the centre of Weybridge which posed parking and delivery restrictions. Our on-site team, dedicated sub-contractors and suppliers ensured that we could complete the project to the highest quality.
The Pilgrim, Dorking, is our most recent completed development. The ten plot site consisted of four new build three storey townhouses, two new build coach houses and four luxury apartments.
This development won ‘Best New Homes Development’ at the Surrey Property Awards 2019.
The Bookham Grange Hotel was a 19th Century, listed building. Since its original construction the building had been extended several times. On this part of the project we removed these extensions and took it back to its original footprint. The remaining building was sympathetically converted into six apartments ranging from 1050 Sq ft to 1,500 Sq ft.
