Grange Court, Walton-on-Thames Home > Case Studies > Grange Court, Walton-on-Thames
Contract Value – £1,000,000
Following the demolition of the existing property we constructed two detached houses consisting of four reception rooms, five bedrooms and five bathrooms.
Both houses were built to high specification. The ground floor featured solid wood, parquet flooring, stone fireplace and a hole in the wall gas fire. The kitchens were hand made and following installation on site received a final painted finish.
The Bookham Grange Hotel was a 19th Century, listed building. Since its original construction the building had been extended several times. On this part of the project we removed these extensions and took it back to its original footprint. The remaining building was sympathetically converted into six apartments ranging from 1050 Sq ft to 1,500 Sq ft.
Following the partial demolition of the former Working Men’s Club, we constructed a smaller club with four apartments above. The new club was completed and ready for use on completion. The two, one bedroom and the two, two bedroom flats were built to a high standard with the inclusion of a balcony. A car parking area was included for the new club and residents of the apartments.
